Join Diesel, A Bookstore in Oakland and the East Bay on the Brain reading series from 6-8 p.m. at Rockridge drinking hole Ben ’N Nick’s as we co-host this free event. No need to RSVP, just come ready to meet other lit lovers, writers, readers, and the folks who put together Litquake, San Francisco’s Literary Festival. East Bay on the Brain (EBOB) is a quarterly reading series featuring East Bay writers. Founded and hosted by Lauren Becker, EBOB aims to collaborate with local reading series and events, literary journals, writing programs, book sellers, artists, writers, and readers to build a more cohesive literary presence on the other side of the bridge.
