Diesel, A Bookstore in Oakland hosts Book Group #3 as they meet to discuss Louise Erdrich's The Plague of Doves, a quintessentially American story of the unsolved murder of a farm family that haunts the small, white town of Pluto, North Dakota as well as the nearby Ojibwe reservation, on Monday, October 18 at 7pm.
