In addition, she is a yoga and meditation teacher/trainer and mentor for Yogaworks, CTA Yoga-Based Life Coach, Reiki healer, lululemon Brand Ambassador and a mama to three little boys. She lives in the SF Bay Area on her budding urban homestead.
