Margaret RondaDiesel, A Bookstore is very pleased to welcome Margaret Ronda to the store for a Book Launch Party in celebration of the publication of her inaugural collection of poetry, Personification, on Sunday, April 18 at 3pm. Renowned Bay Area poet Brian Teare will also read from his new book, Sight Map, published by University of California Press.

Margaret Ronda's poems have been widely published in journals such as AGNI, Prairie Schooner, 14 Hills, Faultline, Seattle Review, and in the anthology Ghosting Atoms, edited by Lyn Hejinian.

Brian TeareBrian Teare is a 2003 National Endowment for the Arts poetry fellow. A former Wallace Stegner Fellow at Stanford University, his poetry has appeared in Ploughshares, Boston Review, Virginia Quarterly Review, Pleiades, and Colorado Review. He has two published collections, The Room Where I Was Born, Winner of the 2003 Brittingham Prize in Poetry, selected by Kelly Cherry, and Sight Map, recently published by University of California Press.
