Diesel, A Bookstore in Oakland is pleased to host the publication party for Among the Wonderful by Oakland author Stacy Carlson on Thursday, August 11th at 7pm.

In many shapes and forms, metamorphosis is at the core of Among the Wonderful. Stacy Carlson won the 2003 Dana Portfolio Award, and has been awarded residencies at the Djerassi Resident Artists Program in California and Galleri Svalbard in Norway. A native of Seattle, she now lives in Oakland.
