About the Author
Glenn Stout served as Editor of The Best American Sports Writing from its inception and is Founding Editor of The Year’s Best Sports Writing. The author, editor and/or ghostwriter of more than 100 award-winning and best-selling books, his titles include Red Sox Century, Yankees Century, Nine Months at Ground Zero, Fenway 1912, The Pats, and Tiger Girl and the Candy Kid: America’s Original Gangster Couple. A citizen of both the United States and Canada, Stout also consults on a wide variety of editorial projects including features, proposals and manuscripts. He lives on Lake Champlain in Vermont.
